We are proudly part of Japan Post —We are looking for an experienced Project Executive to join our customer service& Marketing function based in Hongkong.As the Project Executive, you will:Analyse and identify target customers to increase gross profit.Meeting with new clients or paying qualified sales visits as per agreed levels of visits.Provide accurate and timely information to client services, operations and sales support to ensure process and administration efficiency.Delivering service with high reliability and consistency, making it easier for the client to do business with.Completion of presentations, proposals and tender responses to secure new business.Cooperate with Credit Dept to collect / settle outstanding loans / invoices from customers.To be successful in this role, you will need:One year or above Business Development working experience in any industry(preferred with logistics background).Knowledge of customer retention and experience in dealing with customers.Initiate and close sales – effectively set goals and manage own workload, with limited supervision, in order to achieve targets.Solution selling – proactively work to clarify problems by gathering and considering all relevant information, generating workable solutions for customers, taking practical and organizational constraints into account.Strong language skills (both in written and spoken Cantonese and English).What moves you?At Toll, you can help play a vital role in delivering what matters.
