The school currently has around 2500 students and 530 employees across the three ISF schools.We are now seeking an energetic, qualified, and experienced candidate to fill the following position:Job Responsibilities:I. Fundraising
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to Foundation Development Office.
  • Oversee and organize Annual School Fundraising Event.
  • Oversee and organize Annual Raffle Campaign. Manage documentations with Hong Kong Lottery License Department.
  • Liaise/co-ordinate logistics with relevant internal and external parties in regard to fundraising activities, programs and events.
II. Stewardship/Donors
  • Assist in maintaining a Stewardship Program for donors that will include appropriate recognition gifts and timely oral and written communication.
III. Secretariat
  • Oversee and maintain the Donor Database system (Raisers Edge).
  • Assist with preparation of documents for Foundation Steering Committee meetings.
  • Responsible for collection of all pertinent departmental information, statistics and other data; preparation of reports and departmental correspondence.
  • Development & Jam Budgets.
  • Monthly meetings with Finance Office to ensure Donation Records properly managed.
IV. Publications/Editorial/Others
  • Edit Chinese/English texts for departmental publications/correspondences.
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects and performing other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Degree holder or above in event management / public relations / corporate communications or related discipline
  • Minimum of five years of experience in event management / marketing / public relations / corporate communications / fundraising related fields are preferable
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work proactively and independently with multiple parties.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Proficient in PC applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
  • Previous work experience with ACCPAC Purchase Order system and Raiser’s Edge Donor Database system is an advantage.
