This role serves as a key business partner to the Global Product Supply (GPS) functions-including Sourcing, Costing, Operations, Quality, and Materials-by delivering financial insights that drive strategic decision-making, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.Your Impact

Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports and analysis for month-end and quarter-end close processes.
Analyze and explain variances to budget and forecast, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
Lead costing-related financial analysis, including validation of product cost assumptions and identification of cost-saving opportunities.
Collaborate with GPS teams to support strategic planning, annual budgeting, and monthly reforecasting processes.
Support the Sourcing FP&A manager and broader team in ensuring timely and accurate completion of all financial deliverables.

Technical Attributes

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
3-5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, Finance, or Business Analysis roles.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with experience in financial modeling, variance analysis, and costing.
Proven ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
Experience in consumer products, supply chain, or manufacturing environments is a plus
