Job Description

Technical support on IT hardware / software / service desk
Assist in maintaining a system of controls and procedures for the accuracy of IT assets
Assist in managing and administration for Intranet and Internet website
Assist in managing and administration for Servers
Assist in handling incidents and provide resolution for Hospital IT services
Assist in organizing IT related events and trainings.

Requirement

University Fresh Graduate in Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent
Experience in:

- OS platform support: Windows Server 2016, 2019 / OS technologies and tools: AD, failover clustering, Hyper-V, SCOM / Other technologies and tools: Citrix XenApp, F5 GTM, VMWare, UiPath RPA / Programming languages: ASP.NET, PowerShell, Python, AnsibleOR

Experience in server infrastructure technical support in at least two of the following areas:

- Windows server systems / Linux systems / Systems monitoring tools / Automation: Shellscript, PowerShell, Python, Ansible, GithubOR

Experience in system administration and technical support in at least two of the following areas:

- Data backup appliance / Tape library / Data backup software / Data storage system, e.g. SAN, NAS, Object Storage / Linux system / Windows server system / Programming tools, e.g. Python, Shell scripts, PowershellOR

Experience in server infrastructure technical support and administration in at least two of the following areas:

- Windows server systems / Linux systems / IT security systems / Automation: Shellscript, PowerShell, Python, Ansible, Github
