To collect data and analyze it to improve HR strategies and processes and suggest ways to increase the functional productivity and workflow of the HR department.
To automate, integrate, and configure core HR processes.
HRMS

Assist in coordinating with IT and the related users to identify areas of improvement, recommend changes, and implement functional solutions for existing systems.
Translates functional requirements into work breakdown structures and technical specifications via information gathering, workshops, sessions and interviews.
Communicates with project teams, internal clients, and vendors.
Assist in HRIS system implementation, including UAT, configuration, security administration, report writing, system optimization post go-live, and cross-functional coordination.
Ad hoc projects as assigned.

What You Need

Degree holders with at least 3 years of HR experience
Experience in HRMS implementation/transformation/upgrade is advantageous.
Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.
Proficient in Excel and managing data.
Good verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English are required.
