- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility
- Design and implement end-to-end robotic automation solutions using UiPath and Xceptor
- Develop and maintain bots for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
- Create and manage process documentation including flowcharts, technical specifications, and user manuals
- Conduct process assessments and recommend strategies to improve operational efficiency
- Translate business requirements into automated workflows in partnership with analysts and engineers
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in automation workflows to ensure seamless execution
- Monitor and optimize existing automation solutions for performance and reliability
- Stay informed on emerging technologies and trends in automation, AI, and machine learning
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models, optimizing for scalability and performance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
- Strong understanding of ETL processes and data integration
- Effective communication skills for engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in large-scale enterprise data environments is preferred
- Prior experience with complex RPA implementations is an advantage
