- Develop and implement sales strategies and objectives to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets across all sales channels.
- Lead and manage a sizable and high-performing team of retail sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and motivation to achieve individual and team goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for business expansion and market penetration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Customer Services and Product Development, to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
- Analyze sales data, generate reports, and provide insights to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and potential growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related discipline.
- A minimal of 15+ years of work experience with a proven track record of success in retail sales leadership roles.
- Hands on experience in managing the operation of a large scale of retail store network and driving sales performance.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with strong experience in managing and motivating a sizable team.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the Hong Kong retail and consumer market.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and achieve sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights.
