If you have passion and belief you can grow within our team and contribute to yours and our success, don’t hesitate and apply the role.HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?Be the key technical referent for High Jewelry in APAC by performing repairs and educate team members and support the development of the jewelry in the region with trainings and technical assistanceFine Jewelry/High Jewelry APAC repairs
  • Perform interventions on FJ/HJ pieces: Ring sizing, stone re-setting, welding, adjustments, polishing and rhodium plating
  • Analyze and report technical problems to Regional Jewelry Manager
  • Manage with Maison HQ authorization level of markets
  • Support HJ events and exhibitions in the region
APAC Technical expertise development
  • Define trainings needs for internal workshops together with markets and APAC RCS management
  • Plan and coordinate Maison trainings
  • Train and support jewelers on Maison techniques and repair specifications
  • Ensure the teams stay updated with Maison novelty creations, techniques and policies
Markets support
  • Maintaining the quality standard according to company and Maison standard consistently.
  • Ensure to provide sufficient communication and technical support to all the other departments and markets.
  • With external service network, support sourcing, assessment and training. Ensure partners are updated with the latest techniques and policy.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
  • Experience in High jewelry workshop
  • Experience in Stone Setting, Polishing, Lapping would be a plus.
  • Customer service orientated
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluent English in verbal and written, conversational level in French
  • Willing to work in a big structure with different policies
  • Familiar with Computer skills (MS Office, Internet, E-mail)
  • Able to travel
