The Property Management Services Authority (PMSA) is the statutory body established under the Property Management Services Ordinance (Cap 626) and is tasked to regulate and promote the development of the property management industry. For further details about the PMSA, please visit website at www.pmsa.org.hk.ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Manager (Administration and Resources Management), the appointee will be required to:
  • Answer enquiries, take messages and perform reception counter services;
  • Handle telephone calls, mailing and courier service arrangement, and meeting rooms booking;
  • Perform offsite duties such as mailing, documents/ parcel delivery and delivery and cheque bank-in etc., when necessary;
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the PMSA Executive Office, including but not limited to procure and maintain office supplies and equipment; assist in facilities management, and maintain central filing system, etc.;
  • Assist in Human Resources functions/activities, including recruitment, maintaining personnel records and updating HR databases, etc;
  • Provide assistance in logistics support for Authority’s meetings, events and activities; and
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
  • Tertiary education or above, preferably in Business and Administration;
  • A minimum of 2 years post-qualification work experience in administration / human resources/ customer service or guest reception in sizable companies/ organization;
  • Experience in handling both telephone enquiries and performing reception duties are compulsory;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;
  • A good team player with a strong sense of responsibility, good interpersonal and problem solving skills;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. (Cantonese as well as basic Putonghua)

Terms of AppointmentRemuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A 3-year contract will be offered to the successful candidate.
