Project Manager / Business Analyst / Project Management Assistant (Banking)

• - Banking application system project management and coordination, business analysis and testing, implmenetation and support
• - Skilled in process mapping, analysis of as-is and to-be processes, and gap assessments
• - Demonstrates ability to understand and explain complex business processes, systems, and tools with a specific focus on upstream/downstream impact; understands the relationship between multiple functions and/or tools
• - Prioritize and plan resources in system implementation, control budget and monitor project execution progress
• - Liaise among users and the technical developers to ensure business requirements are well defined and properly implemented
• - Assist project implementation with proactively manage all the potential risks on projects and recommend mitigating measures if required
• - Formulate Test Plans, conduct UAT and regression test

• - Degree holder with major in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business Studies
• - Over 2 years of working experience in Banking environment. For project manager role, should have minimum 5 years solid project management experience
• - Experience or sound knowledge in requirement analysis, effort estimation, design, development, implementation and testing on banking project, with managing mobile applications project is an advantage
• - Fluent in Cantonese and good in spoken & written English, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus
• - Candidates should have good interpersonal skills, good analytical & problem solving skills, and capable of preparing functional and testing documentation
• - Willing to work in competent, challenging, team-working and multi-vendors environment
• - Fresh Graduates or less experienced will be considered as Project Management Assistant
