Wai Yuen Tong is a renowned brand-name pharmaceutical group publicly listed in Hong Kong with diversified products of Chinese & Western medicines, health food, beauty & health care products available in local & overseas market.We are currently operating more than 60 retail outlets in Hong Kong and Macau. To strive for long term development and assure the product quality, our Chinese medicine pharmaceutical plant in Yuen Long, with a floor area of over 110,000 square feet, has been awarded by GMP accreditations from the Chinese Medicine Council of Hong Kong as well as the Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA).To further strengthen our workforce, we are now inviting high calibre personnel to join our team as:Responsibilities:

Report to E-commerce Manager for daily operations in HKTV mall, Neigbuy and other assigned channels;
Support daily operations including sales performance review, promotion planning, inventory control etc;
Responsible for data entry (including product information), ensuring the accuracy of product information and supporting simple translation;
Prepare and analyze e-commerce reports and provide insight;
Work closely with external and internal teams to ensure the smooth running of the e-Commerce daily operations;
Perform ad hot projects assigned.

Requirements:

Degree holder in business or related disciplines
Min 2 years or above relevant experience in B2C online platform
Proficiency in HKTV Mall & Neigbuy operation is a plus
Independent & self-motivated
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Good command of PC software including Microsoft Office and word processing
