Part-Time IT Support (12-month renewable contract)

• System Maintenance: Daily maintenance, installation, upgrades, user guides, and configuration services for Windows operating systems ; as well as system installation image creation and maintenance.
• Application Support: Installation, maintenance, and upgrades for Microsoft Office suite and other commonly used office software.
• User Support and Training: Troubleshooting software and hardware issues for end-users, along with basic training on commonly used applications.
• Hardware and Network Support: Hardware installation and setup, network configuration, peripheral installation, and driver installation.
• Troubleshooting: Detect, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software faults efficiently.

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems and various computer hardware (desktops, laptops, etc.).
• Familiarity with common network hardware and able to troubleshoot and configure network setups.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and experience configuring various applications.
• Good communication skills and ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Basic English reading and writing skills, with the ability to support and maintain English versions of operating systems and software.
