- Drive online traffic and sales in coordination with retail leadership and departmental partners
- Plan, coordinate, and ensure the launch and update of products on our website
- Regularly build collection, content and landing pages
- Execute website development roadmap to ensure a high conversion rate and seamless purchase experience online
- Develop website content through internal and agency partners including copy and visual assets
- Ensure all product information and content is up to date, correct and compelling for guests to make a purchase online
- Identify opportunities to further optimize the performance of our website through new solutions and apps that enrich customer journeys
- Work with agency partners to segment the existing customer database to maximize return from existing active customers, re-activate dormant users and ensure constant growth of new customers
- Execute email marketing best practices through automated flows and regular campaign sendouts
- In coordination with in-house and external partners build customer acquisition funnels
- Improve the website's search engine listing through on-site and off-site tactics in coordination with external parties
- Ensure all activities are aligned across a shared marketing calendar and executed in collaboration with the sales & marketing communications team, F&B outlets and other partners
- Track website sales and CRM performance and provide regular reports on KPI
- Be on top of digital marketing and industry trends, and turn observations and data into action plans to improve the online business performance
- Bachelor degree holder in Marketing / Digital Marketing
- Exposure to the hospitality or tourism industry a plus
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in Ecommerce, CRM, or Marketing preferably in the lifestyle / hospitality / cosmetics / luxury sector
- Proven knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and operational procedures of retail Ecommerce
- Experience in working with agencies and executing against a timeline
- Experience in Adobe tools (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator), Klaviyo, Shopify and Google Analytics desirable
- Proficiency in English and Cantonese is essential, Putonghua a plus
- Customer-first mindset with the ability to identify customer needs
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and effectively juggle different tasks
- Familiarity/knowledge on AI platforms is a plus
- Passionate about digital marketing and demonstrate a positive attitude with ability to get things done
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and coordination skills
- Detail-minded and keen on delivering to a high standard
