Engineering & Maintenance Manager (F&B / Pharmaceutical)

• Be responsible for Plant E&M overall planning and management
• Be in charge of the equipment repair and maintenance function for the product production line operations, including preventive and predictive maintenance, equipment trouble-shooting and breakdown reduction for the best equipment uptime
• Identify and anticipate the need for machinery or equipment modifications, improvement, replacement and procedural changes in order to improve the overall machinery performance to meet quality, safety and productivity requirements
• Lead a team of engineers and technicians to perform quality service
• Liaise with external service providers to make sure their services are up to standard

• Higher Diploma or above in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
• 10 years' engineering or plant facilities management experience of which 5 years in managerial level and in product manufacturing industry preferable
• Well versed in Refrigeration System, PLC, Maintenance and Control Systems is definitely an advantage
• Excellent leadership, communication and project management skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
