Prepare budget estimate and coordinate with client and sub-contractors;
Participate in various HVAC system upgrading or alternation projects;
Prepare maintenance strategies and task plans to create an effective site preventive maintenance program;
Continuously improve the site maintenance program by applying principles and methods of Reliability Centered Maintenance;
Lead investigation and problem-solving teams. Track progress through resolution and completion of action plans;
Establish and manage incident review and escalation processes;
Maintains budgets and expenses to achieve cost control;
Maintains complete and accurate records of all work performed;
Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements;
Participate in the daily project meeting with the customer and prepare relevant documents;

Requirements :

Higher Diploma holder or above in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
5 years or above in the same industry experiences
Proactive, responsible, professional, courteous, good communication skills and good team player;
Immediately available is an advantage.
