  • Prepare contract budget, cost estimation and evaluation of tender submission
  • Conduct subletting and purchasing procedures and perform tender analysis in accordance company ISO procedures
  • Measurement, valuation of variation works, interim payment and settlement of Final Accounts with clients / Sub-contractors
  • Prepare contractual claims and assist in dispute solving
Job Requirements:-
  • Holder of Degree or Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Engineering / Accounting or equivalent preferred
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in procurement / tender analysis
  • Proficiency in general contract administration and quantity surveying skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight working schedule
