Job Description
Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare and Follow up on PO, and SO to ensure a timely delivery • Coordinate with clients in Asia (Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand etc) • Coordinate with suppliers, forwarders, and warehouse on delivery arrangements to ensure smooth operations • Prepare reports and conduct inventory control • Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
  • Fresh graduates welcome • At least 1 year of sales admin experience preferred • High Diploma or above • Fluent in English and Chinese, Japanese ability preferred (JLPT N2) • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint &, etc.)
