Carry out debt recovery actions and collect turnover figures from customers via telephone calls, emails or demand letters
Collaborate with solicitors if legal action is required
Prepare analysis reports
Post and allocate daily payments
Handle internal or external customers enquiry
Requirements:
Degree holder or above
2 years' working experience in banking / credit loan / legal or relevant fields
Basic legal knowledge (civil) and relevant working experience will be an advantage
Proficiency in written English and PC applications including Chinese word-processing
Self-motivated, able to work independently under pressure and attentive to details
Good analytical skills and interpersonal skills
