it security specialist (iam & security architecture)

• Established Financial Institute Firm.

• Act as a subject matter expert for the research, design, implementation, and optimization of all cybersecurity solutions.
• Oversee and deliver cybersecurity projects, managing project plans, resources, and risk to ensure timely and successful outcomes.
• Administer, support, and troubleshoot cybersecurity systems, developing and fine-tuning operating procedures for backup, disaster recovery, and patch management.
• Identify and mitigate security incidents, conduct vulnerability assessments, support penetration testing, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure all solutions meet compliance requirements by working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors. Stay current on emerging security trends and technologies.

• Minimum of 7 years in cybersecurity consulting, operations, or solution implementation.
• Proven hands-on experience implementing cybersecurity solutions such as IAM, PAM, and ITDR. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevSecOps tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Professional certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly preferred. In-depth knowledge of security frameworks and standards, including ISO 27001 and NIST.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
