  • 接聽客戶查詢電話並為他們提供各項電腦技術支援服務
  • 按照數據中心程序處理各項技術支援服務
  • 監察及管理公司和客戶的伺服器，網絡和計算機系統
入職要求：
  • 中七/DSE或電腦相關證書/文憑優先
  • 具數據中心操作的相關經驗優先
  • 具Windows和Unix系統基本知識
  • 良好的溝通能力和客戶服務技巧
  • 輪休工作

  • Provide Service Desk support to users
  • Handle events, operations and support according to established Data Centre procedures
  • Monitor and manage the company's and client's servers, network and computer systems in the Data Centre
Requirements:
  • F.7/DSE or computer-related certificate/diploma is preferred
  • Experience in working in a Data Centre for operations of computer systems and networks preferred
  • Proven capabilities in following operations procedures and guidelines
  • Basic knowledge of Windows server and Unix systems
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Good communication skills and customer-oriented
  • 7 x 24 shift duty is required
