- Responsible for cost management of developments to ensure they are in full compliance with corporate cost control procedures
- Prepare cost estimation for new development & A&A projects
- Review cost plan and cost estimation prepared by consultants
- Monitor and control the tasks of consultants to ensure the consultant's performance meet the corporate goals and objectives
- Review and comment the tender documents prepared by consultants
- Review the cost estimates and bills of quantities prepared by consultants to ensure effective cost control and compliance with project specifications
- Responsible for contracts administration and resolving contract disputes
- Manage interim payments, claims, disputes and variation assessment
- Prepare cost reports for senior management's review
- Prepare cash flow/expenditure forecast for financial control purposes
- Quantity Surveying Degree or equivalent;
- Minimum 8 year's working experience preferably in cost estimation and contract administration of construction projects;
- Member of a recognised local professional institute in the discipline of Quantity Surveying or related disciplines;
- Self-driven, independent, problem solving with good interpersonal skill;
- 12 months salary with bonus
