Job Descriptions:
  • Handle claims documentation and data processing
  • Input claims details into the claims system
  • Assist in preparing management reports and statistics
  • Provide general administrative support to the team
  • Assist Claims Manager for ad hoc assignments
Requirements:
  • Diploma holder or above
  • Proficient at Excel, knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, Vlookup and other advanced Excel features
  • Experience in customer service, clerical duties, administrative and data management
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
