- Strong understanding and experience of service management processes (ITIL certification)
- Experience with Information Security processes and tools
- Good experience in various tools and utilities required for IT infrastructure support (ServiceNow)
- Experience with public cloud technologies and cloud transition programs
- Experience in application portfolio management with 24x7 support
- Excellent program/project management skills
- Experience with Software Development Lifecycle, developer support tools, DevOps

- 15+ years of proven experience and leadership skills and ability to develop & drive the overall IT Infrastructure strategy and delivery operations across all offices in Asia.
- Experience of working in a regulated industry (Financial Services, Telco)
- Experience in building teams working in IT infrastructure management using wide range of technologies
- Experience in managing virtual team in a matrix organization across time zones
- Experience in managing complex internal and stakeholder relationships
- Strong vendor management
- Plan, manage and implement infrastructure projects, system rollouts and upgrades
- ITIL Service Management (Service Level, Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, Capacity Management)
- DR and business continuity planning from IT infrastructure perspective
- Monitoring/identification of trends in usage, traffic, storage
- Service Desk issues management. Knowledge Management
- IT infrastructure budget planning, management and governance
- Employee Technology Experience support – Desktop/laptop, Telephony, Email, Audio/Video Conference
- Network operations management
- Liaise with external suppliers and support agencies for procurement, ongoing support and maintenance of relevant hardware and software
- Employee Engagement – Ensure consistent Voice of Employee
- Performance management – Objective creation at team level, Performance evaluation and normalization across teams
- Coaching and mentoring leads and managers
