- Degree in civil engineering or equivalent;
- Qualified Engineer / Registered Professional Engineer with 9 to 20 years relevant experience in drainage / sewerage / waterworks projects.
- Candidate with less relevant experience will be considered as Senior Engineer
- Familiar with design practice and statutory requirements for government infrastructure projects including DSD, WSD, CEDD, etc.
- Strong management skills
- Self-motivated, logical and systematic thinkers
- Good communication skills and proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
