The job holder is responsible for handling all leasing matters for retail portfolio.Job Responsibilities

Handling daily leasing activities and negotiations (including inspection / handover etc.) including new lettings, renewals, direct marketing, market research and tenancy administrative work
Carrying out daily works including cold calling, market research, rental proposal, etc.
Prepare regular reports, coordinating premises takeover & handover, fitting-out, renovation management
Handling leasing enquiries and offer documents / letters / leasing proposal preparation
Rental forecast preparation as well as leasing report preparation
Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior

Requirements

Degree holder in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related disciplines
Minimum 2 years’ experience in property leasing
Familiar with leasing management software or system is an advantage
Good communication skill with passion at work. Proactive and customer oriented
Good PC skills e.g. MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
