- Manage staff movements and handle related administrative work including leave of absence, secondments, new starters, etc
- Work closely with Partners and Managers on organisation structure review and update, as well as headcount monitoring
- Conduct annual and mid-year reviews with fee earners and supporting staff
- Act as the point of contact to provide general HR advice
- Support D&I and assist senior level with cyclical events and HR projects
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HRBP experience within MNC legal / professional / financial services industry
- Tertiary education in HR, BBA or related discipline
- Proficient written / spoken English and Chinese
- Strong attention to details with good organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to multitask / manage multiple stakeholders
- Less experience candidates will be considered for the "Advisor" title
