Sales & Merchandising Manager (KNITTED FABRIC)

- Develop and execute an annual sales plan to meet targets and drive revenue growth
- Maintain a successful track record of achieving sales budgets and goals
- Gain a deep understanding of our product ranges and price points, and identify suitable customers for orders
- Collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs, requirements, and market trends in the knitted fabric industry
- Manage and oversee the operation and bulk order management process
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing timely quotations and engaging in price negotiationsRequirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Textile or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in the textile industry, with a focus on knitted fabric (preferred)
- Familiarity with the production environment in the People's Republic of China (PRC) is desirable
- Strong sales skills with a proven ability to enhance the company's international profile
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) and a customer-centric mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work under tight deadlines and pressure
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and supervise subordinates
- Willingness to travel to the PRC 2-3 days a week and occasional overseas travel
