Hong Kong Education City Limited (EdCity) is a wholly-owned company of the Government of HKSAR. Our portal, EdCity.hk, is a one-stop professional educational portal in Hong Kong which incorporates information, resources, interactive communities and online services, and promotes the use of information technology (I.T.) in improving the effectiveness of teaching and learning. We are now looking for a high caliber professional to join our dynamic team in the following position.Responsibilities:Role A

Maintain relationships with stakeholders, facilitating the development of technology and educational partnerships;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement educational content that meets the diverse needs of our user base;
Development of innovative education services that align with the company's strategic direction towards integrating AI and digital learning;
To achieve company KPIs by implementing projects and providing services to EdCity users;
Take up ad-hoc duties as required.

Role B

Assist the Manager / Assistant Manager to develop plans for executing projects and services;
Design, manage and conduct learning and teaching programmes to promote e-learning in education;
Manage the organisation's video web pages, ensuring consistent branding and user experience;
Collaborate with different teams to develop content strategies and deliver compelling video assets;
To achieve company KPIs by implementing projects and providing services to EdCity users;
Take up ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above in any disciplines or equivalent;
Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in education sector / EdTech and project management;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team;
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Education Officer.

Role A

Familiarity with generative AI tools and applications is advantageous;
Proficiency in project management tools.

Role B

Having knowledge of developing or editing learning resources and e-learning materials;
Understanding of HK school curriculum will be an advantage;
With multimedia knowledge and experience, including the ability to handle and follow up on video production.
