- Plan business line profitability models, balancing short-term cash flow with long-term customer value.
- Serve medium to large consumer goods companies (e.g., emerging tea brands, cross-border appliance brands), with annual client service of 5 or more.
- Establish benchmark cases with top clients (e.g., helping a regional dairy company achieve business growth through consulting services using various methods such as marketing/business planning).
- 5+ years or more of work experience, with at least 2-3 years in large client sales management.
- Understand the conversion mechanism of business content into brand, financing valuation, and consumer trust, familiar with emerging consulting services like ESG and carbon footprint.
- Ability to design innovative models such as subscription services and cross-industry collaboration.
- Lead declaration projects for top clients, creating replicable industry solutions.
- Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
