- Being the team lead of virtual team to support DR (Disaster Recovery) drill annually and regularly under DCO (Data Centre Operation) Team;
- Being the Deputy BCP Manager / Team Lead of BCP Team to coordinate, communicate and liaise with various parties and technical support teams as well as focal point when real disaster recovery is announced;
- Coordinate DR drill including kick-off meeting and so on with various stakeholders such as Infrastructure Team, Application Teams, End Users, etc;
- Verify DR drill procedures with various teams such as Infrastructure Team, Application Teams, etc;
- Prepare drill plan and report;
- Execute and setup DR drill environment according to the drill plan;
- Follow up the observation(s) during the drill with concerned teams;
- Prepare for ad-hoc DR drill if necessary;
- Update and maintain IT/IS BCP documents and contact list;
- Review and follow up BIA (Business Impact Analysis) with various teams and end users regularly or on need basis;
- Lead the support of Application Jobs Processing platform such as Control-M, etc;
- Lead the support and setup of ESM monitoring such as SolarWinds, SCOM, etc. for servers and devices.

Requirements Academic Requirements:
- Degree in IT / Information Systems / Computer Science or a related discipline.Attributes / Working Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience, of which at least 3 years should be at supervisory level and similar roles in leading DR domain and areas in a sizeable infrastructure;
- Experience in supporting technical platforms below are advantages:
. Microsoft Windows Servers, HP UNIX, Oracle Solaris, IBM AIX, Red Hat Linux and OpenShift, VMware vSphere;
. Microsoft SQL Servers, IBM DB2, Oracle DB;
. NetBackup, Control-M, SolarWinds;
- Good problem solving and analytical skill with proficiency in technical writing;
- Good communication skill at different levels with proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Possession of Certified Professional of IT (CPIT) or relevant Certified Database Administrator & Designer is an advantage.
