- Manage daily operations at the mall's concierge and reception counter
- Welcome and register guests professionally
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback
- Ensure smooth and courteous service delivery
- Convenient location near MTR station
- Prior experience in mall customer service is an advantage
- Energetic, proactive, and service-oriented
- Excellent customer service attitude
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
- Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays
- Base Salary: HK$20,000
- Bachelor's Degree Holder Bonus: HK$500
- Valid First Aid Certificate Bonus: HK$300
