
Senior Customer Data & Science Analyst

- Conduct business analysis to uncover actionable insights that support strategic and operational decisions
- Design and develop interactive dashboards to visualize key business metrics and trends
- Support the data analytics projects and develop the models for performance review, marketing planning, customer experience improvement, and product/service development, etc
- Provide analytical support for various digital transformation and innovation initiatives
- Assist in the design and ongoing maintenance of customer data models to ensure data quality and usability
- Support to promote data-driven and customer-centric practices across the Business Group
- A recognized University Degree in Quantitative Analysis, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing Research, Information Technology, or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in customer data analysis, data management, data visualization, building and implementing predictive models by various AI/machine learning techniques
- Excellent skills in data manipulation using SQL and data visualization using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Hands-on experience of Python, R, or other statistical / data science language
- Hands-on experiences in big data development, e.g., PySpark
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication, analytical and project management skills
- Excellent Command in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Able to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadline
- Candidates with less experience may be considered as Customer Data & Science Analyst
