Job Category: DataJob Description:Working Location: Hung Hom, Kowloon CityEmployment Duration: 24 monthsWe are looking for an energetic, innovative & highly motivated professional to join the Customer Data & Science Branch of the Retail Strategy & Product Portfolio Management Department. Reporting to the Manager - Customer Data & Science, the appointee will be responsible for the following:Major Duties:
  • Conduct business analysis to uncover actionable insights that support strategic and operational decisions
  • Design and develop interactive dashboards to visualize key business metrics and trends
  • Support the data analytics projects and develop the models for performance review, marketing planning, customer experience improvement, and product/service development, etc
  • Provide analytical support for various digital transformation and innovation initiatives
  • Assist in the design and ongoing maintenance of customer data models to ensure data quality and usability
  • Support to promote data-driven and customer-centric practices across the Business Group
Requirements:
  • A recognized University Degree in Quantitative Analysis, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing Research, Information Technology, or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in customer data analysis, data management, data visualization, building and implementing predictive models by various AI/machine learning techniques
  • Excellent skills in data manipulation using SQL and data visualization using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Hands-on experience of Python, R, or other statistical / data science language
  • Hands-on experiences in big data development, e.g., PySpark
  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication, analytical and project management skills
  • Excellent Command in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Able to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadline
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered as Customer Data & Science Analyst
