- Oversee daily cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure sufficient funds for operational and project needs.
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support real estate project financing and corporate objectives.
- Manage banking relationships, loan agreements, and debt financing arrangements for development projects, ensuring compliance with covenants and terms.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, including interest rate, currency, and credit risks, to safeguard company assets.
- Coordinate with lenders, investors, and financial institutions to secure funding for real estate projects and optimize capital structure.
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports, including cash flow statements, balance sheets, and treasury performance metrics, to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations, internal policies, and industry standards in all treasury and finance activities.
- Supervise and mentor a small team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop long-term financial strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in treasury, finance, or a related role
- Strong knowledge of real estate financing, including project finance, mortgages, and syndicated loans.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting tools (e.g., Excel, financial software like SAP or Oracle).
- Excellent understanding of cash flow management and treasury operations.
- Ability to negotiate with banks, lenders, and financial partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
