- Drive sales growth to meet annual sales targets
- Drive key products’ business growth in Hong Kong and Macau by strategic planning and efficient execution with the team
- Provide guidance to team members to establish account profile for better understanding of market dynamics and identify sales opportunities, and help to develop working relationship with appropriate personnel within the strategic accounts
- Assimilate the team to build up rapport with targeted KOL in key accounts
- Working closely with manager to drive appropriate sales tactics and action programs in alignment with the overall marketing strategies.
- Bring in constructive ideas to marketer on new business opportunities in target specialties
- Other duties assigned by manager
- Experience in hospital selling for medical devices, tender management experience is an advantage
- Good presentation and negotiation skills
- Motivated and committed self starter
- University graduate
- 7 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
