We are currently looking for a seasoned Business Analyst, with a genuine interest in Generative Ai technology or domain, to join a leading financial institution in their AI Centre of Excellence team.As a Business Analyst focused on AI engineering, you will play a critical role in identifying, analyzing, and developing use cases for Generative AI applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and ensure successful implementation of AI projects.Key Responsibilities:Identify and define use cases for Generative AI solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.Conduct thorough research and analysis to support AI project development.Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.Document functional and non-functional requirements for AI applications.Assist in the design and implementation of AI models and algorithms.Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders.Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.Conduct training sessions on Generative AI tools and methodologies for team members.Requirements:2 - 15 years of working experiences, of which exposure and experience in software development, business analyst, or AI projects would be desirable.Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts and applications.Experience with programming languages such as Python; training in Generative AI with Python from Venturenix LAB or similar institution is highly desirable.Proven ability to build and document use cases for AI applications.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Experience with project management methodologies is a plus.Candidates who attended training programmes with Venturenix LAB before, either Coding Bootcamp or Generative AI with Python will be preferred.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.Knowledge of machine learning frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a plus.Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.What We Offer:You will be provided a weekend training in Generative AI with Python if you are selected.Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A collaborative and innovative work environmentAll applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
