- Check and review loan agreements on bilateral, syndication and agency
- Verify loan data into mainframe(COMBO) and Loan Management Tool (LMT)
- Supervise loan-related activities, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions
- Track the collection and distribution of fees, including commitments and agency fees
- Verify and validate money transfers associated with loans through APIS and administrative messages in SWIFT
- Monitor loan transfer process and fund movements
- Respond to front office regarding loan related matters
- Bachelor's degree in any disciplines
- 8+ years experiences in corporate loan operations
- Experience in reviewing loan agreement is a must
- Act as a senior in the team, able to assist team head/manager
- Knowledge of processing bilateral loans, syndicated loans and agency loan
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
