- Provide technical implementation and support on cloud infrastructure in terms of OS, network, and database; e.g. Microsoft Office 365 applications, Azure
- Manage the vendor selection, RFP/RFQ, cost evaluation and performance assessment
- Create new or enhance existing business processes, culture and users experience to meet business requirements
- Direct and monitor the overall project management to ensure project deliverables meet the project plan, on schedule and within budget
- Manage the service providers to provide technical support
- Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
- 8 years of solid experience in application project management or IT infrastructure
- Solid knowledge in Workflow / BPM, Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, PowerBI, Azure / AWS Cloud
- Experience in Microsoft Office 365 implementation
- Experience in PM Tools (e.g. ServiceNow) and Data Analysis tools (e.g. Qlikview) is an advantage
- Effective negotiation and vendor management skills with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
- Holder of Microsoft certification or ITIL would be definitely an advantage
- A proactive problem solver with outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese as well as Putonghua
