- Manage recruitment logistics, including scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communication, and supporting onboarding processes.
- Handle contract preparation, document verification, and maintenance of employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with ad hoc HR projects as assigned, providing operational support to the HR team.
- Note: This role does not include Compensation & Benefits (C&B) responsibilities.
- Oversee procurement of office supplies, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure smooth daily office operations, including facilities management and troubleshooting operational issues.
- Arrange flight and accommodation bookings for directors on business trips, coordinating travel logistics efficiently.
- Support general administrative tasks to maintain a productive office environment.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR administration and office management, preferably in a multinational or corporate setting.
- Proven experience in recruitment logistics, contract handling, and document management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience in office administration, including supplies procurement, travel arrangements, and facilities coordination.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR/administrative software.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
