Assistant Finance Manager / Senior Accountant

- Compile consolidated financial and management reports for the group
- Manage all aspects of accounting and finance operations
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis
- Oversee corporate tax matters
- Coordinate with external consultants and auditors
- Travel to Mainland China when required
- Support ad-hoc assignments as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline
- Certified Public Accountant (HKICPA or equivalent)
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin
- Minimum 8 years of accounting experience in publicly listed companies
- Prior auditing experience is a plus
- Solid understanding of HKFRS and listing regulations
- Self-driven, mature, and possesses strong interpersonal skills
- High ethical standards with a proactive and results-focused mindset
- Strong analytical skills, adaptable, and positive in approach
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
- Immediate availability is highly desirable
