Posting Date: 2025-09-03J Roger Preston LimitedResident Building Services Engineer (Site Based, location at Central)Requirement:MHKIE or equivalent is preferred, i.e. Corporate member of a professional Institution recognized for corporate membership in the status of registered professional engineer (RPE) of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) in the Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Discipline, or equivalent;At least 10 years' relevant post-professional qualification experience in the design, supervision and coordination of construction projects. Relevant experience in Alterations and Additions projects or Fitting Out projects will be an added advantage.Strong in effective communication with relevant parties on site issues; and Good command of English and Chinese, both written and spoken is essential.Occasional night shift is required.We offer salary package commensurate with qualification and experience.
