- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documentation related to Greater China equity captial markets transactions and debt capital markets transactions.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities, stock exchanges, and other stakeholders in connection with the issuance of debt securities.
- Conduct legal research and provide advice on a broad range of issues pertaining to debt capital markets, including regulatory compliance and corporate governance.
- Collaborate with cross-border teams to ensure seamless transaction execution.
- Participate in client meetings and conference calls to discuss transactional structures and legal issues.
- Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 1 years PQE in capital markets within a reputable law firm or financial institution.
- Strong academic credentials in law.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is mandatory.
- Proven track record in managing capital markets transactions, with a particular focus on the Asia-Pacific market.
- Excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
