
Application Support / Salesforce Consultant

- Provide support for Salesforce - Marketing Cloud, and Keruko, including routine maintenance, issue resolution, and report generation.
- Manage release planning, scheduling, and cutover activities; coordinate with CRM release teams to avoid conflicts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance system performance and usability.
- Develop scripts and automation tools to streamline maintenance tasks and improve efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in application support or release management.
- Familiarity with Oracle/MySQL and programming languages such as Java, .NET, Python, and Shell scripting.
- Experience with Salesforce (support or development); exposure to Marketing Cloud and Keruko is a plus.
- Strong coordination and communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
