Develop, maintain, and support technical infrastructure, hardware, and system software components;
Configure, debug, and support various infrastructure platforms, including on-premises, AWS, and Azure cloud environments.
Support various network elements, FortiGate / Checkpoint firewall, servers, and platform operating systems, including Windows, VMware ESXi Server, Linux, Cisco products, VPN, Avaya, Aerohive WiFi etc.;
Perform installation, maintenance and support of system software/hardware and user support
Perform high-level root-cause analysis for service interruption recovery and create preventive measures;
Provide all technical documentation, manuals and IT policies related to infrastructure and server;
Work with Information Security Manager and network team to adopt necessary security measures in infrastructure;
Responsible to monitor and troubleshooting infrastructure systems and networking;
On call for emergency production incidents to provide fire-fighting support and perform shift duties if required;
Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
Willing to offer support outside of standard office hours if needed.

Qualifications

Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other IT-related areas;
Minimum 5 years of experience in network architecture and network security;
Knowledge of network security including firewall rules, router ACL, IPS, IDS, network access control, etc.;
Sound knowledge of network layer 2, layer 3, and routing protocol including TCP/IP, Ethernet and VLAN;
Experience with firewalls, IPSec Tunnel, SSLVPN and Switching;
Experience with CI/CD processes; familiarity with Kubernetes is an advantage .
Experience with Red Hat or Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS (ROSA) is a plus.
Experience with CI/CD processes; familiarity with Kubernetes is a plus.
Certification in cloud infrastructure technology is an advantage;
Able to work in fast-paced environment;
Energetic, self-motivated, teamwork, dynamic and out-of-the-box thinking.
