・Knowledge of computer hardware and software from installation to configuration,
systems application
・Monitor and maintain systems and networks on routine base
・Provide technical support across the company
・Consult and liaise service provider for IT issues
・Assist website administration and infrastructure
・Bridge between Head Office in Japan and local offices in IT management
・Assistant to Admin Dept.Requirement
・Proven experience as IT Technician or relevant position
・Good diagnostic and problem solving skills
・Proficient in computer systems and networking
・Knowledge of website design, internet security and data privacy principles
・Certification as IT Technician will be an advantage
・Good communication ability in English and Mandarin, knowledge in Japanese will be
preferred
