- Drive & implement the platform strategy for Rosewood Hotel Group worldwide
- Develop and execute digital projects across brand.com to enhance customer acquisition, generate business results as well as service efficiency
- Work collaboratively across teams; identify customers' needs and design solutions covering their digital journey
- Engage and influence leadership for buy-in and support on key initiatives in terms of scope, requirements, resources, budget, schedule, contingency plan, etc.
- Plan and manage digital readiness activities including development and UAT monitoring, training, procedure manual preparation, communication, & release management.
- Analyze platform results ongoing; monitor market and competitors' strategies, benchmark digital performance and processes against industry best practice, recommend and drive strategies and changes to grow the business
- Ensure digital projects are in full compliance with the regulatory requirements, manage and mitigate risks associated with digital projects
- Minimum of 5 - 7 years' experience in relevant field
- Expertise in Digital, e-commerce applications, systems, and technologies.
- Strong product management capabilities to effectively plan, manage, and monitor numerous developments simultaneously with demonstrated success.
- Proven people management capabilities - in-person or virtual team management with cultural sensitivity and coaching.
- Demonstrated commitment to improving service performance.
- Innovative - stays informed on cutting-edge contributions to the digital ecosystem field, sharing relevant ideas internally to balance evidence-based practices with unproven but high-potential pilots
- Management capability to deal with complex technical and business-related issues.
- Ability to manage product development budget with ROI analysis
- Proficiency in Agile project management methodology, including internal documentation, external communications and stakeholder engagement, and use of JIRA/Confluence/Slack project management tools.
- Demonstrated business acumen and excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and business focused skills.
- Strong vendor management skills
- Able to work independently, handle and manage challenging tasks and deadlines
- Experience with Adobe stack, including Adobe Experience Manager, is a MUST.
- Travel required - 20% of time, pending location.
