- Collaborate across functions
- Oversee the ongoing implementation and compliance of Operational Resilience (OR), Business Continuity Management (BCM), and IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) in line with internal standards.
- Drive continuous enhancements to meet evolving regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Serve as the BCM lead, coordinating with business units to maintain and update Business Continuity Plans (BCPs), including scenarios like major IT outages or critical third-party disruptions.
- Design and deliver training programs to raise awareness and understanding of OR, BCM, Business Impact Analysis (BIA), and BCP maintenance.
- Lead the development and execution of ransomware response strategies, ensuring swift containment, eradication, and recovery during incidents.
- Facilitate a coordinated response to security threats and support consistent, risk-informed decision-making while embedding security capabilities into business operations.
- Organize and ensure appropriate training for the Crisis Management Team (CMT).
- Support Vendor Security Assessments and Due Diligence processes.
- Define and manage project plans, anticipate potential challenges, and propose effective solutions.
- Lead initiatives related to business process optimization, systems integration, and risk assessments to identify and address continuity gaps.
- Collaborate with departments to mitigate risks and strengthen operational resilience strategies. Conduct market research on emerging security trends and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Provide local oversight to ensure facility-related services and contingency plans are in place and effectively executed.
- Propose and implement innovative ideas to enhance operational efficiency, with close attention to budget control.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Operational Resilience and BCM.
- Professional BCM certifications (e.g., CBCP, CBCI) are a plus.
- Strong skills in conducting Business Impact Analysis (BIA).
- Experience in IT infrastructure and disaster recovery is highly desirable.
- Background in customer service operations is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences across all organizational levels.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Competitive salary package of approximately HKD 660,000 to HKD 780,000 annually.
