Perform routine tasks including user setup and health checks on application status.
Provide first-level support for application-related inquiries and support requests from users.
Prepare documents, including test plans and user manuals.
Assist in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Conduct training sessions for users on new applications and releases.
Knowledge in automated testing will be an advantage.

Requirements:

Degree holder or above in Information Technology or related disciplines.
At least 1-2 years' experience in application support.
Proficient in managing and maintaining SharePoint, MS SQL, etc.
Experienced in utilizing Microsoft Power Platform for process automation.
Knowledge of ITIL processes or possession of an ITIL Foundation certification will be an advantage.
Self-initiated, multi-tasking and able to work independently.
Good communication and problem-solving skill.
Good command of Cantonese and English
