Data Governance Lead

• Experience in data management and governance
• Solid experience in Financial Service

• Act as the go-to person in the organization for data management and governance issues
• Define and manage our firm-wise Data Governance framework in accordance to our internal Data Policy and industry best practice
• Design and continuously refine and optimise the data governance SOPs
• Assist in implementing and refining data governance tools and drive adoption across the organization

• 6 years+ experience in data management and governance
• 2+ years in an enterprise environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills, able to providing strategic influence to senior business stakeholders on data governance framework adoption
• Experience of implementing of data governance framework and operating data committee in an enterprise environment is highly desired.
• Experience in data catalogue tools and drive implementation of data governance SOP with it
• Experience of implementing data security capabilities such as encryption, anonymization is a plus
• Data driven thinking capabilities
• Solid grounding in Financial Service
• Excellent communication skills and experience of working in an international team
• Immediately available is preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
