Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pre-Sales Manager to join our team, focusing on global RAN business development. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese, and a proven track record in supporting sales initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategic plans for RAN solutions.
  • Engage closely with customers to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of RAN products.
  • Assist in the creation of proposals, technical documentation, and responses to RFPs.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the RAN space.
  • Provide technical support during the sales process, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders and partners in the telecommunications industry.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and competitor offerings to enhance our value proposition.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and above in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or business development, preferably within the telecommunications sector.
  • Strong understanding of RAN technologies and solutions.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese, with a strong ability to engage closely with customers.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for customer engagements and industry events.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with network planning and optimization is a plus but not necessary.
  • Familiarity with vRAN, ORAN, Small cells, FWA.
  • Previous experience in a global role or working with international teams.
