- Developing and implementing financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives
- Work in close partnership among the department heads of the company in various locations internationally
- Overseeing all accounting and finance operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards
- Managing relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
- Providing financial insights to support key business decisions and improve operational efficiency
- Leading and mentoring the finance team to foster a high-performance culture
- Identifying opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement
- Monitoring cash flow, liquidity, and overall financial health of the organization
- Degree in accounting, finance, commerce, economics or a related business degree
- Proven expertise in financial management in the industrial sector
- Candidates with experience outside of finance including business development, transformation and market expansion projects will be a plus
- Ability to demonstrate leadership and team management capabilities
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
